All eligible hospitals (EH) and eligible professionals (EP) intending to submit data to the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) for any of the Meaningful Use public health measures, which include electronic laboratory reporting, electronic case reporting, immunization, syndromic surveillance, and cancer reporting, should register with VDH.
